Baron’s path into financial services is anything but conventional. He began in customer service selling fruit at his aunt’s farmers market stand in Florida, where honest conversations and trust were the whole job. He went on to spend more than a decade as a chef, including five years running his own small business, before finding a natural transition into financial services. Helping people had always come easily to him, and personal finance became a way to serve others in a more lasting and meaningful way.
That background shapes how Baron works today. He takes a teacher-first approach, focusing on education and guidance so clients understand not just what they are doing, but why. His view is that financial planning works best when it is practical, understandable, and connected to real life, rather than reacting to headlines or chasing performance. When finances are organized and decisions are intentional, he believes, it becomes easier to stay consistent, adjust as life changes, and move forward with confidence.

Baron stays closely connected to the community he serves. He is an active member of the Menominee Marinette Rotary Club, a youth sports coach, and a guitarist in his eight-piece band, The Michigan Shivers. He also enjoys hunting with his dog, Cash. Above all, he is a proud dad to his two children, Sophia and Ari, who motivate him to help build a stronger, more financially confident community for the next generation.
